The session
I’ll make sure your pets are comfortable and having fun during our mini-adventure in Bristol, Bath or the South West. Here’s a quick run-down of what to expect and everything you’ll get.
“Matt is a talented photographer who clearly loves animals and took lovely photos of my American Eskimo dog (and me!). He was available on short notice, really patient, and the photos are gorgeous. Don't miss out on capturing a priceless memory with your dog, totally worth it.”

The details
1. Booking

The first step is to book your photoshoot! This can be done by heading over to my contact page and filling out the short enquiry form. I always respond within 24 hours, so if you haven’t received a response, please check your junk/spam folder.
We’ll then discuss dates and which locations best suit your pet(s), plus any special requirements they may have.
2. The shoot

Lights, camera, action! I’ll be ready to capture some brilliant pictures whilst your pet is spoiled with treats, love and attention. Don’t worry if they’re a little nervous, we’ll have plenty of time to get them settled, used to the camera and ready for the session!
3. Artwork

Within a week of the shoot, you'll receive a link and password for your private online gallery. These images will have been lightly retouched and there's no rush for you to pick a favourite. There’s plenty of time for you to be sure you're picking the perfect photographs for prints or digital files.

The products
Once you've selected your favourite images, think about how you'd like to display them. Whether it’s bespoke fine-art products or high-resolution digital files, the choice is yours.
I also work with some of the best printing and framing labs in the country and can guarantee quality that lasts a lifetime. Items are available from as little as £25, but for my full menu of offerings, please get in touch.

Frequently asked questions
Does my dog need to be fully trained?
No! While it would be great if your pet can perform a quick sit down and stay, it certainly isn't essential. We’ll take things at their pace to capture the best photographs possible.

What if my dog can't be let of the lead?
Believe it or not, around 50% of my sessions take place with dogs on a lead. If that's what's best for you and your dog, lead it is! Still not sure? I covered it in a recent blog.

What if the weather affects our booking?
Living in England, I'm used to checking the forecast constantly! If the weather’s not looking great for our booking, I’ll reschedule completely free of charge.
